Don't use them. Customer service is at the bottom of Dairyland's list of concerns. I chose them because they had the cheapest rates I could find. I was a customer for six years and when I finally needed them, I was treated very rudely. My complaints about poor customer service were ignored by management. They took forever to do anything. Getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth. They lied to me and they cheated me. says they are liable..adjuster won't return calls...my car is falling apart...they have no honor...don't do businhess with them ...read more
