Arrived at 9 am for 30,000 mile checkup with my Monaco RV. Should have been 2 hr max time. Took 6 hours! Left to our next stop & saw oil ALL over the left side of RV & tow car (Jeep). Discovered the oil fill cap had not been replaced. Tried to work this out with management & got an insulting $100 back. ...read more
