This company has many problems. Most of their service techs do a good job i think. I know their office is one of the most messed up places. They do not call me before they come for service and then get mad because i am not there. Well u cant just leave a message and think all is good. There is a lady up there named lori price. I am not sure how she got her job. The things she has told me over the years is mostly worng. She is the rudest person i have ever met. I used them for three years and i am happy to say no more.
