If I could give this landlord negative stars, I would. They are the worst landlords I have ever had; never fix anything in a timely manner, and do not follow up on promises made from the start. They give you promises that are just pushed back farther and farther until you leave so they do not have to fix them. My wife and I were very happy to find Martin Property Management! After just having the rug pulled out from us by another property management company, (the house owner changed their minds), we were able to come in, see the perfect place the next day, and they helped us coordinate with our movers since we then had to go back out of state to wrap up 100 other things!
