The Home Depot

Just wanted to put in a good word for the Howe Avenue (Sacramento) Home Depot Store. I am doing some major remodeling and visited three other Home Depot looking for appliances. I talked to several sales representatives in the appliance departments and learned far more at the Howe Avenue store than at any of the others. I ended up buying all of my appliances there. The order arrived on the day scheduled and there were no issues. A month later I bought window coverings there and had the same problem free experience with excellent assistance from the sales representative in the department. But my best experience was buying my Andersen windows. The Sales representative actually came out to my house and assisted me with this very difficult decision about window styles and sizes. I was able to save 10% because of an Andersen window promotion available at the time. RC, the sales representative worked up a purchase package for me, which made things very easy. The service department was extremely efficient and called in to authorize 18 months of interest free financing for the windows. This was completed in just a few minutes. I would not have purchased new Andersen windows at this time, but the opportunity to buy them with the promotional discount and the financing was just too good to pass up. That was the best of a series of great experiences at the Howe Avenue Home Depot. \t\nI have never had a Home Depot account before just a few months ago when I started my home improvement projects. Now I am a "card-carrying" loyal customer--and the Howe Avenue store is a cut above the others, in my opinion.
