I hired Dicks Fumigation to do inspections, check for live termites and any termite damage. They do good inspections and provide detailed reports of their findings. Once they complete and present the report they move forward with any treatment that is needed. When I compare them with other companies, they are the most knowledgeable and credible. I don't know if something is going wrong in the management of this company, since this is my first encounter with them, but wow.\t\nTried to email them many times, but no response.\t\nTheir web site is not managed, and the TV commercials are going to waste.\t\nI could not get help from 5 different people. I tried my best to give them feedback and I even spoke to the supervisor and the owner, Bruce Bowman, and never got a single call back.
