We stayed at Pohailani #201 in March 2013. You can not get a better view! We whale watched right off the balcony! This place is clean, remodeled, and can't get any closer to the ocean. It looks exactly like the pictures and is fully stocked. It has so many extras that make all the difference- A/C, washer/dryer in unit, free wi-fi, free parking and a pool. The location is great and within walking distance to shopping, sandy beaches, and restaurants. We have paid so much more to not even see the ocean- this is a great deal! We just returned from Maui and we had a great time at this vacation rental. The studio is very specious and is basically situated right on the water in the West Maui/Lahaina area. The location is in a low key resort that is built about 15 feet from the water’s edge. The studio had everything we needed including a full bath, kitchen and washer/dryer which was really cool. The place also had an air conditioner which is rare in this area ( according to the guest on the hall way across from us) The view of the ocean was awesome and we spent lots of time cuddling together watching unbelievable sunsets from the lanai. We were too busy doing stuff on the island to spend too much time in the pools but they looked very nice. We did end up barbequing on an outdoor barbeque right next to the beach.
