I was left waiting one hour for a prescription that was not faxed from my doctors office. There were 5 people at the counter all which saw me sitting there for the hour. I finally had to ask about the delay, they checked and advised the prescription had not been faxed and said I should call the doctor. After 1 hour this was all they could offer! They had the prescription with the doctors name and phone number/ext. number on it, why didn't they call? Why did they let me sit there 1 hour? All of them were aware I had been there that long, but they were too busy trading stories with each other to use proper customer service and take the initiative to find out what had happened.
