As advertised, Advanced ATC is providing a high-dollar service with an expectation that its new “graduates” will get high paying careers. Sounds like a great return on your investment!?! Well, so far, the results are less than stellar. How many new controllers have been hired as controllers? The FAA is looking to hire approximately 18,000 controllers over the next 10 years. This is a high paying job, great benefits with job security. No College Degree is required.
