We had an excellent experience and loved the fast installation. But dealing with the guy who calls himself the owner was a nightmare. We made a payment late and he literally cussed me out (a small 8 month pregnant woman) for over five minutes until I was in tears. Yet he wouldn't answer or return my husband's calls.
