The car they rented me was filthy. I had to clean it out myself. State Farm was suppossed to pay for the rental, they agreed to cover EVERYTHING and Enterprise KNEW this. They still made me give them a major credit card AND a 50$ deposit, in case I decided not to bring the car back. Like they could really put the cost of the car on my credit card.
