these apartments are horrible, there are plenty of break ins, the leasing office does not screen the people that they lease to..i know this because I had a neighbor living under me and their apartment was in somebody else name that didn't even stay in the apartment. the roaches are craaaazzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!! the maintenance team sucks it takes two months for them to complete a work order, and if you have an emergency, like a break in, on-site maintenance hangs up the phone and leave your apartment unsecure all night long. the security officers are just there for show, they sit in the car all night talking instead of making their rounds and patrolling the entire property. don't let the pretty pictures fool you this place is the ghetto!!!! I have been there almost 8 months and the entrance gate hasn't worked since I been there. they have one dumpster for the entire complex so trash is always over flowing. stray cats roam all night. ...read more

Huge roaches, ants, spiders, I mean all of thee above, we've seen rats, etc. running through the parking lots near the dumpster, etc. They illegally evict tenants, they stay trying to take people to court, your neighbors will steal all of your things, the leasing office will not notify you that they are planning to put you out, they act like they care but they really don't, they take the laws into to their own hands ...read more
