Hey guys. I need an HD motor coupler replacement part number 285852AR. My WM is a Roper (not sure of the model number) but the agitator won't spin and it makes one heck of a noise. We purchased a JennAir Oven & Microwave Oven from Bob Bailey?s Your Home Appliance Experts. We were replacing a 22yr old Combination Oven & Microwave. Their Appliance Experts talked us into purchasing separate pieces as a matching set. They could save us a lot of money. The day the ovens were installed we found they DID NOT MATCH. We voiced to installer, `they do not match?. We immediately went to Bob Bailey?s and let them know they were not a matching set as viewed in their showroom. They installed completely different products than we were led to believe we were buying. We were directed to take the matter up with JennAir. We hear from JennAir that they are not sold as a matching set as they DO NOT MATCH, but are compatible, coordinating. We spent over $3000.00 for MISMATCHED Oven and Microwave. Bailey?s (owner) is willing to sell the brand new mismatched ovens on consignment and we can purchase something different. What a RIPOFF from the store that has this big Christian sign displayed in front of their business. Bob Bailey?s Your Home Appliance Experts, Misrepresented the product that was sold to us and is not willing to make it right.
