Truly should have no stars! The fixutres are old, leaks, bugs (roaches), appliances are from the 1960's. They will show you a model and swear that it is just like the one you will be renting, only to have you sign a lease and then assign you to a dump! They tell you that it's not in the budget to update at this time, but they will take your money for rent!
