A Class Scholars Child Development

1.0

By Nicole Allen

I have had two children attend A-Class Scholars in Snellville, GA over the past 5 yrs and I was quite happy with them until December 2010. The owner/director of the facility is NOT who she portrays herself to be. To make a long story short, she claims I owed her money but refused to show me proof after I provided her with proof of payment!! She refused to talk to me in a civilized manner and also hung up the telephone on me. I have made several attempts to obtain her federal tax-id information for tax purposes and she refused to give it to me stating I owe her money! The woman is completely insane and does not like to admit when she's wrong nor will she let you speak without dominating the conversation. I've also heard from former employees that she's disrespectful to the children and her staff as well. The center in itself served it's purpose for my children without incident, thank God, but since this incident, I would never recommend anyone taking their children there. ...read more
