Two of my children have been with BJ Loving Care since they were infants. Working long hours I knew they were safe and loved. I enjoyed the fact that they were in a home care since they spent so much of their days there. When my children left, they were more than ready for preK. LOVE ...read more

A Class Scholars Child Development

1.0

By Nicole Allen

I have had two children attend A-Class Scholars in Snellville, GA over the past 5 yrs and I was quite happy with them until December 2010. The owner/director of the facility is NOT who she portrays herself to be. To make a long story short, she claims I owed her money but refused to show me proof after I provided her with proof of payment!! She refused to talk to me in a civilized manner and also hung up the telephone on me. I have made several attempts to obtain her federal tax-id information for tax purposes and she refused to give it to me stating I owe her money! The woman is completely insane and does not like to admit when she's wrong nor will she let you speak without dominating the conversation. I've also heard from former employees that she's disrespectful to the children and her staff as well. The center in itself served it's purpose for my children without incident, thank God, but since this incident, I would never recommend anyone taking their children there. ...read more

Legacy Academy Snellville

We have been with Legacy for over two years and starting this year we were excited to have our second child attend. Up until the end of the summer, the service and care have been fantastic. I think the economy has hit Jan and Mark pretty hard because when the huge influx of children started at the beginning of the school year, they hired lots of new and UNTRAINED staff. No one cared about our concerns, blew off our face to face comments, and according to at least one staff member "if you talk to the administrators, they don't tell us anything". We've had many dangerous situations for our children in just a few months with no concern from the staff or administration so after all this time we are taking our kids out of Legacy. Maybe if they won't listen to us they'll listen to their bottom line. ...read more

I USE TO WORK THERE AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL. THE WOMEN THERE ARE MESSY AND THEY COVER UP FOR EACH OTHER. I WOULD NOT BRING MY CHILD TO LEGACY ACADEMY SNELLVILLE. THE TEACHER I USE TO WORK WITH, USE TO LEAVE ME OUT OF RATIO INSIDE THE CLASS TO GO TALK TO DEMERIS UP FRONT. ...read more

The owner's are cold and heartless they could care less about the children or the staff which is the reason for the staff turnover....and the kids pay the ultimate price by losing good teachers....most of the teachers are inexperienced and the maangement have them lie about their experience on the bio's that they write....which happens to be very misleading to parents....and I thought against the law.....do your research parents their are much nicer schools that offere more and cost less money...The owners are rude and so is Dee. She is the director. are out to get whatever they can from whoever will pay it!!!!! Money first customer satisfation last ...read more

Kids 'R' Kids of Centerville

By Former Worker

I was a former employer of this daycare and over the years i was employed I witness such nonsense. The director is cheap and the classroom uses mostly donated or broken supplies. There are shelves which are bare because supplies are not purchased. In Pre-K they charge for field trip when they are already being pid from the state and they do not feed the children enough food. For lunch they recieve a half of a sandwich and a three once bowl of soup at 4 and 5 year old. The children often times complain of being hungry. The school has the food program but they still do not feed the children enough food. In addition to this they place the children into the dark bathroom and lock them in it as a form of discipline. They need to be punished for child abuse and neglect. ...read more

I had my daughters 9th birthday party at Jump-N-Good Times and the service was outstanding. This was the only place I found where the food was included with the price. The staff showed great customer service. The parents really enjoyed the games and computer center while the kids were on the inflatables. We scheduled her 10th birthday party there as well as signed her up for the before & after school program. ...read more
