I really enjoyed her personality and the new workout area is really nice. Initially we were meeting in her home, so it was great to change to a spot with focus.\t\n\t\nBut aside from that my experience was a negative one.\t\nShe needed sessions paid 4 at a time, cash. She cancelled and was late on 4 occasions in a 2 month period. She also participated in a pyramid program Visalus, which was also unsuccessful to my goals.\t\n\t\nAfter Christmas, she kept changing my time and then kept saying maybe tomorrow or another day if she had a cancel. And then when my husband was unexpectedly transferred, she agreed to a partial refund but then recanted. Via txt....tacky.\t\n\t\nBetween the last minute text messages, constant changing of my workout time and inability to stop talking about her personal life (and others)...eh.\t\n\t\nWith all the military in the area I think it's worth noting the pay-in- advance- and- I -keep- it- regardless arrangement. \t\n\t\nShe is one of the most personable people you'll ever meet and I'm confident she excels with body building. Please do not patronize this business. I purchased two items that were clearly marked/priced at $16.99 each but when I got to register they rung up as $18.99 each. Of course I disputed the price issue but was told by male store owner that a customer must have changed the price and he REFUSED to honor price listed on items. I had never heard of such a poor excuse for a item being priced incorrectly by store's staff. The owner clearly has no concept of honoring the price indicated or about providing good customer service. ...read more
