Lost/stolen phone returned after word of mouth was put out by me that police was looking into the locator's app and the person that has the phone would be arrested. Called the insurance plan they stated if it is within 30 days a refund is due from the store. The store now tells me that they will not refund the $85.00 that I spent to get the replacement phone. I ask why wasn't I told that and is that their policy, they stated yes and this information was given to me when I purchase the insurance...I was never told this by anyone at this store or any other cricket stores. Cricket doesn't give refunds!!!!! Very Dissatisfied and will be finding another carrier...ASAP! ...read more

I have been in the business of selling phone cards for 6 years and I have encountered several dishonest phone card distributors. This company has always helped me, accepted returns, and provided me with good products. They have excellent phone cards for the Latin and Asian market!!! My customers are satisfied and I feel comfortable. I have lost money with other companies that packed up and went out of business, but Hermes would never do that to its customers. They are honest and I enjoy working with them. I would recommend this company or its products to anyone!!! ...read more
