We contracted with the salon before my daughter's wedding. I was the first one at the salon and the stylist worked on my hair from 11:15 am until 12:30 pm when the other girls arrived. The stylist had informed me that she was going out of town with her boyfriend. When the other woman in our party Michelle arrived the stylist's (Molly) boyfriend came into the salon because he was ready to go. She told him that she would be out in 15 minutes.She hurried on Michelle's hair and did not have time to do my youngest daughter's nails. Michellle had to go home and re-do her hair. She payed $78.00 and received nothing. The stylist is inexperienced and the owner stands behind her idea to leave this wedding party without the correct number of stylists. My wife spent $72 for a updo hairdo that looked like a 2 year old did it. I came back to the motel to find her in tears & she ended up pulling it out & redoing it herself. She didn't say anything at the time, so as not to upset the bride, who was also getting her hair done.
