We hired Chance to do our blinds. He told us about his years of experience, how he owned several million $ companies and prides himself on customer service. We were completely fooled. We hired him, he's been paid in full. He stood me up several times, but finally he came and installed some of the blinds, but several of them had damage. He needed to replace 3 more blinds and fix the damaged blinds, but never showed up. After several calls, he left them on the front door with paint. No note, no call, nothing. The blinds he left are the wrong size, the valance was the wrong size and the other blinds are still damaged and he said life time warranty. He won't return calls. I took my car to this shop to get it tinted and they did a horrible job on my rear wind shield. I had many options of places to get it done, but I took it to these guys because the owner (Chris) claimed that his guy is a "Master Tinter" -- whatever that means. I pointed out the problem to the owner and rather than fixing it, he argued at length about how expensive tint was and i would need to pay more for them to redo the window. He finally agreed to redo it for free and it turned out worst than before and he said he wouldn't fix it again. Avoid these guys at all cost, they are rude and unprofessional.
