Horrible Customer Service! I tried working with this company via Facebook and they were incredible unprofessional. MY DAUGHTER AND SON-IN-LAW MOVED IN ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WERE TOLD THAT ALL OF THE PROBLEMS WITH THE APT. WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. THEY STILL HAVE ROACHES, AIR STILL DOESN'T WORK. THEY TALKED TO NEIGHBORS WHO STILL HAVE BUGS AFTER A YEAR OF BEING THERE. AT FIRST THE LANDLORD ASSURED THEM IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF. AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS THEY WERE TOLD THAT THEY COMPLAINED TO MUCH, MAYBE THEY SHOULD MOVE OUT. YESTERDAY THEY WERE TOLD THAT THE AIR WOULD NOT BE FIXED AND THE MAINTENANCE MAN WOULD BE AROUND FOR BUGS WHEN HE CAN. HE IS SCHEDULED TO COME ON THURSDAYS BUT MISSED THIS WEEK. THEY SAW HIM TODAY AND HE TURNED AND WALKED AWAY. MY DAUGHTER IS PREGNANT SO THEY CAN'T UP AND MOVE AGAIN. I am writing this so that my voice can be heard. I have asked the maintenance guy that works for the stay lodge to come fix my toilet. The first day he tried the second day he looked at it and said we needed to move the towel rack etc away from the toilet area which I did then on the third day i called the office to inform the manager I moved my stuff away from the toilet and that he could go in and actually finish fixing my toilet . The manager said that he marked on his maintenance list that my room was complete. which when i got home the same piece of toilet paper that i placed in the toilet was still there this is not very good work practice. ...read more
