With all your commercials about the many kinds of "SHAKES" you offer, it is very frustrating because you give them to your customers with tiny coke and beverage STRAWS for crying out loud and you can't "SUCK" the shake through them, especially the ones with pineapple, strawberries, etc. in them!! I have asked many times about this and YOUR clerks tell me MANY PEOPLE complain and that the manager has been told but he says it's too much trouble!!! A direct quote!!! So, I will make a direct quote on my own and tell you this is one frustrated customer you will not have any more!! If it is too much trouble to give me a larger shake STRAW then it is too much trouble for me to come get one any more!!!!!! ...read more

I came to your store saturday and stood in line with sll saturday night workers talkiing to 3 women and not taking orders. I had 5 workers to look at me and never say a word to me. We had wanted to try your new burger. We did go down the road to Wendy's and they had as many workers and they were right on top of it.
