Having not been successful in my first child with breastfeeding, I was determined to make it work with my second. All things were great until I developed issues that I thought were simple to fix like clogged ducts. Turns out, I had MRSA abscesses and mastitis (thought to be complications from a prior breast reduction); Pam was there for me ALL the way through the process and showed the utmost of professionalism, compassion and even when things were settled and surgery was over, she still called to check-in on mom and baby :) She realizes that breastfeeding isn't a "one-size-fits-all" approach!
