I lived in this community very recently and was forced to move after only living their 6 months. We had received "free" rent credits due to friends/coworkers moving into the community and were told for each person that moved in we would receive a $700 credit (which is what our rent was). Well let's just say that the community got new management and we somehow "lost" all of our rent credits. There were 2 other residents in the same situation. To make it worse we were not informed that we no longer received our credits and rent supposedly came due and we never knew we owed them. So long story short we are now involved in a court case with them and also 2 other residents who are going through the same thing are testifying with us. ...read more
