I never used my Groupon because once I finally got a call back a week after first calling I set up an appointment for me and a friend. I called back to reschedule and again no call back. Another week passes and I called a third time and someone actually answered. I told him again that me and a friend wanted to use their services. This time he informs me that I could not use the Groupon for both of us (this is not the way it was marketed but that's cool) then says it's written in the fine print and begins lecturing me. At no point was I argumenitive nor did I ask for any exceptions to be made. I do not like being lectured on reading the fine print by some jerk. He said way to much which was disrespectful and unnecessary which is why I told him that I'll just get a refund and I'm glad I did! ...read more
