We hired ATV Construction, LLC to do work on our historic home located in Macon, GA. Not only do they continue to bill us for work that is incomplete they did inadequate work, which we now have to pay someone else to repair. This includes: 1. using outdoor silicon caulking instead of grout in our master bathroom in the shower and wall. They grouted the entire wall and tub surround in Silicon Caulking. 2. painting over masking tape our stairwell, including not using tape where they should, so we now have to scrape cured paint off the stairs and have them re-stained in areas. 3. not finishing the casing for our garage doors, then billing us for them. They are not secure at this point in time. We need to have someone finish the casing, and re-hang. 4. Re-hang all the doors. Only 2 shut, however we will need to re-hang those as well, as they are missing screws, and the doorknobs don't lock properly. 5. An opening in the ceiling was left in the pantry 6. Shoe molding was incomplete 7. They put epoxy on our garage floor, but they didn't prep it properly, so there are areas that are now very sticky and this uncured epoxy is almost impossible to remove. I had to revert to Sanding it off. 8. She lost keys to our house, we now have to special order locks because those doors are custom (historic) and have locks changes since we don't have keys. 9. She put up crown molding that didn't match. 10. Used wrong wood outside the house, Utilized modern PVC Brick molding to marry to the original molding and in no way matches, which we now have to re-move and replace. 11. Used caulk instead of wood filler for our outside windowsill ledges to fill in large holes with. 12. Did not use glazing points, even though we bought points for them, now window panes are popping out and we have to have many re-glazed We have gotten second opinions, and spoken to inspector(s) about the work they did.
