This is the worst store I have ever encountered! There is no professionalism what so ever. There attitude is the most embarrassing thing I have ever witnessed. I didn't think any person or store could be that so direct in speaking to you like they do with no care. I know a person should automatically know their behavior is just wrong for a store setting. This store is just awful..... When you call they answer the phone very rudely then will not give you prices of anything over the phone... When I did drive there to find out the price I didn't buy from them because of the bad customer services they don't care about your needs just want your money and if you ask for help they give you such a nasty attitude well honey I'm sorry if the only job you can get is at a hair story but don't take it out on the people who are helping you to stay employed..... I will never give them a dime of my money...... I am also thinking of reporting them to BBB.... ...read more
