This store is just awful..... When you call they answer the phone very rudely then will not give you prices of anything over the phone... When I did drive there to find out the price I didn't buy from them because of the bad customer services they don't care about your needs just want your money and if you ask for help they give you such a nasty attitude well honey I'm sorry if the only job you can get is at a hair story but don't take it out on the people who are helping you to stay employed..... I called to get a price on 18" Wet and Wavy Remy and I informed they did not give out prices over the phone. Well I don't live in Macon and didnt see any sense on driving that far just to find out a price. Well I called Total Beauty supply in Warner Robins and they were happy to assist me in my purchase. I had to buy 8 packs of hair @ 60$ from them but it was worth it if no reason other than the Customer Service. I suppose that is where I will be recommending all of my friends go to get there hair supplies. I majored in Business Marketing and Advertising you always put customer needs first.
