Before you purchase product, go to another office besides the Locust Grove Office. They will not answer phone calls, barely text messages, and of course no emails will be sent in a timely manner. They are scared to work! Their famous lines to get out of getting in trouble. "What number have you been calling?" or " Have you checked your Spam folder?" Then after contact of numerous numbers they will answer 770-288-2838 a rude male will lie and say they have been in a meeting all day long. We earned our Rainbow vacuum last September. I was 7 months pregnant, but decided to do the ride-a-long program that this merchant offers. I will say, it was not easy. And at times, I felt that demos were disqualified unfairly. But it was one specific sales rep. and I just requested to not have Robo-Cop as my sales rep. Alas, if you stick to their marketing qualifications, the ride-a-long is well worth the vacuum and doable. Up until today, I hadn't had a need to utilize the customer service. I will say, I was hoping I never had to as the online reviews for this merchant suck. But I ruined my separator while cleaning my vacuum. Holly was awesome over the phone and even better in person! She told me to bring my part and the serial number by the store and they'd replace it under warranty! I can honestly say I love my vacuum. I'm glad the demos are over and I'm happy with the customer service I received today! ...read more
