I had Johnson Automotive (Gene Johnson) install a new gear on my Toyota Tundra and after a little time there is a loud noise and problem. I have read all about it and others that have experienced the same problem. I took the truck back to him and he had it for over a week and I had to call him to get feedback because he never called me. He said he didn't hear the noise and didn't even bother looking into his work to see what was wrong with it. He told me he has had this problem before with Toyota's but won't look into it to fix it. He is the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I can't believe he is still in business. Good luck to those that choose to deal with him in the future..
