I go to this location at least two-three times per week. I go because I love the quick service and the bread is awesome. I always order the carmel latte iced. I don't think this item is on the menu, but once an employee suggested it to me if I liked something sweet. I've been buying them ever since. I do want everyone to know; please go ahead and use their MY PANERA card. I know a lot of stores tell you that you will get savings with their card and really all you get is their store marketing rates but with this store you will actually get free items on your card regularily. What I didn't like: Is while the staff is fast, the process when you get a cooked item could be adjusted...at the registers they are all polite and hand you your order but at the hot counter they cook your sandwich and leave it lying right on the counter, you really never talk to them.
