Initially the project looked great. Within 2 months, it cracked severely. Ronnie Dees told me several times he would come out and fix it. He never shows and is now ignoring my calls. The stain on the concrete is terrible. It comes up easily if tape or anything touches it leaving white marks everywhere. Again Ronnie claimed he would restrain it and put a better sealer on it.... Tony cleared and hauled brush/undergrowth from our backyard, brought in many loads of dirt, and graded the entire backyard. He was straightforward, honest, friendly, and had state-of-the-art equipment for the job. Unlike some other local companies who use a 4-Wheeler and a 2x4 to grade the soil, Tony has a commercial tractor with a special head that not only leveled the soil but left it ready to sod. The price was very reasonable, with no surprise charged at the end of the job. What's even more astounding is that Tony called us that evening (the job was done and paid for) to let us know that he had checked his number of dirt loads, and used 1 load less than he anticipated, and he wanted to send us a refund check for the load of dirt we didn't need. Tony's response time and pricing is as good as his finished work. Tony is sensitive to the needs of the small business owner in these three areas and that makes him a trusted partner - which is hard to find today.
