Great service, I would highly recommend it. Started out with the 30-Day free trial, and kept the service. The customer service is great, as well as sound quality, reliable connection. You can port your old phone number, or request a new one. Features such as: low international rates, affordable plans, and the ability to manage your features online. When we signed up with Microbilt we were told by the sales rep. that we could cancel anytime if we are not satisfied with the service. My son & niece bought cell phone covers at a kiosk location. One cover did not fit & the other was tearing up my son's phone. When they asked for their money back the vendor said they have a "No Refund" policy. I was called to the Mall to intervene. The kids were on the side of the cart where the sign is NOT visible. The clerks did not tell them about the policy. When I asked for the money back I received the same story. I told her the kids did not see the sign and no one bothered to mention the policy. The kids are 13 years old. I would not recommend doing business with them EVER!!!! ...read more
