I'm surprised by some of the other reviews. I've lived here for a couple of years and there have never been any "driveby shootings" or arrests since I've moved here. I have noticed a big difference since the new management company took over. They have done a lot of remodeling to the apartments and the office staff is really nice. \t\nI chose to live here because I was looking for a nice apartment at a good price which is really hard to find in Kennesaw because many of the apartment complexes around here jack up their rates. I love living here because it's close to school, the mall, restaurants, etc. It's nice to be close to everything.\t\nI plan on staying here but I'm probably going to move into one of their upgraded apartments. The leasing office let me look at the model and I really like the cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops. \t\nThis is the only complex that I found that had nice apartments at a good price. Just thought I'd post something since most people who are happy don't post positive reviews. ...read more

We and some of our customers have worked with Amli at Barrett Walk in the past, and they are always courteous, prompt, extremely helpful, and they keep the community safe, clean, tidy, and offer many additional services that go above and beyond what you would expect from an apartment complex. The pool is a favorite among adults and children, alike. Even if you do not care about all of those reasons, the convenience to I75 and I575 as well as top-notch dining, entertainment, and shopping at Town Center Mall with convenience to Midtown, Buckhead, and the Mountains makes moving to Barrett Walk a no-brainer. ...read more
