This is a rental hall run by a not for profit community company. We have a great facility that fits up to 300 in one hall and 700 in both halls. We used our own caterer and danced and party with our own food, beer and booze until 5am. I have been to 76 similar parties/ weddings there over the past 15 years. The bathrooms are clean and they have great security that speak english as well as spanish. I bought a homeowners policy from Mr. Woodworth. He refused to allow me to pay the full price for the policy. Instead he provided a payment plan which I found out later charged 40% interest. I immediately cancelled the policy but did not get a response from Mr. Woodworth. After calling his office I was assured the policy would be cancelled.
