I was very happy with these guys...there were some issuesin he begining but all issues were resolved quickly and without dispute. They arrived on time, were honest, cleaned up behind themselves and even entertained my 6 year old son who thinks he is an hvac specialist! I had an item to return that I had purchased only a few hours earlier and was told I had to pay a 25% restocking fee!!! Then when it came time to refund my money , MINUS THE FEE, there wasn't anybody there that knew how to operate the credit card machine!! they wanted me to come back 2 days later when someone was there that knew how to use the machine!!!
