Shady Business with rude employees! Called these guys at 9:00 this morning because my keys were locked in my car. Was told there would be a $25 service call fee and labor started at $29 depending on the type of vehicle. Was told they could have someone to my house in 15-20mins. Called a local competitor and was given a quote of $55-$65 for my 2005 Dodge Durango but it would be 30mins. Unfortunately decided to go with Eric the Shady Guy because I was already late for work. Not only did the guy show up 1hr. 40mins later they wanted to charge me $150 for the 2 mins it took for him to enter my vehicle!!! I then tried calling the business to speak with a manager/supervisor to dispute the outlandish cost and was told that he would not accept my call unless I paid for the service! Complete BS!!!
