Elaine Boggs and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I'm a military wife and when my husband was deployed our lease at another company expired and Elaine's company came highly recommend. I went in and right away I had people offering their assistance. Even though she sells real estate, she still came out, greeted me and helped me go through the current rentals that were available to best fit my needs. I found a home I knew my husband would love to come home to with Elaine Boggs Realty Group. From other companies around town, you could tell that this company takes pride in their rentals. Not like some of the junk that I've seen at other companies. Needless to say, we rented our home and it's been two months. Dealing with the companies Property Manager, Karen has been an easy and pleasant experience. I even thought my heater wasn't working and they had someone out that same evening. Of course, it was my error. But it was how quickly they addressed my needs. I feel like my issue was just as important to them as it was to me. That is RARE when it comes to rentals! I look forward to one day buying a home through Elaine Boggs or one of her agents because after spending time in their office and talking to Elaine, no one knows the Hinesville area more than her. So far I have been living in a Dryden Apartment for 20 months. It is very spacious for a 2 bedroom, and when I have had any problems they have been fixed immediately. They do a nice job at maintaining the property around the home too. I feel that the rent is reasonable and I am getting a good value for my money. ...read more

I have rented from Elaine boggs for a while now and although it wasn't the WORST experience it wasn't the BEST ... until recently when they dumped the old rental person and got this new one. She takes care of business!! Work orders are getting done in a TIMELY manner, she returns my calls (even if it's at 9pm, I mean who works till 9pm!?!) and she is always pleasant and accommodating. I am happier now than ever and I HIGHLY recommend Elaine boggs, maybe I'll be able to buy a house from her one day :) ...read more
