Without a doubt this particular McDonald's does not hold up to company standards. While early morning drive-thru may be quick and efficient all other shifts are seemingly incapable of serving the correct food in a timely manner. It doesn't matter if you have a special request (i.e. no ketchup on hamburger) or ordering off the regular menu, your order will not be correct and if it is - it's likely to be cold. Calls to management either to 'just let them know' or to complain have done nothing. I highly recommend waiting until you get to the next exit with a McDonald's or, if you're local, go to the McDonald's on Columbia Road as they are consistent with good service and accuracy. The Grovetown McDonald's needs to seriously rethink their food quality and accuracy as well as their customer service. ...read more
