The big guy behind the counter made my wife cry and then threatened to call the cops on us because...(according to every other jewelry store).....they did not mix the metals properly when 'custom making' her white gold wedding band. The white wears off after 6 months and before a year is complete. They recoated the ring the first year. The second year he had his assistant 'give' us our money back by throwing a guessed at 100$ bill on the counter and slamming the register shut. He TRIED to walk off with her ring and told us that "he was taking the ring". This is her wedding band mind you! He offered no REAL solution like making another ring for her....correctly this time but instead threw us out the store and said he would call the cops if we did not leave. This place has no integrity, professionalism concerning their own mistakes, nor compassion in delicate matters. If you buy jewelry from this man it is likely to be like a street corner hustle with a tail light warranty. Disgusted ...read more

When i was looking for a engagement ring for my girlfriend, there was this family standing waiting to pick up something and one of the little boys touched the glass. You would of thought the world was coming to an end! the fat guy - possibly the manager -was astonished that the boy literally just TOUCHED the glass!
