Katie is a wonderful Realtor and person. She was always professional and kind. She spent over 6 months showing me every house I wanted to see (I'm extremely picky). She even met me numerous times with very short notice. I ask A LOT of questions and she was always patient with me and always found the answers. Katie went above and beyond her call of duty by helping me jump through some last minute closing nightmares. I know I would not have closed on my house if it was not for her help. I moved to Hall County from out of state. Not only did Katie find me a home in a nice area, but she showed me where to get my water turned on, helped me navigate my way around town and showed me which restaurants to go to. Most often, when an agent sells you a house, they are done with you. Katie even came by to visit. She actually cared about getting me a home that was right for me and in a good area.
