They are continuing to bill me for service that I have cancelled because of disrespectful and dangerous practices during servicing my property. This is going to be a nightmare, evidently. I asked them not to place the poison in the dog's yard... They put it there anyway and the dogs ate the poison and the plastic containers. I asked them to call me before service visits, they disregard any request that I make. Now they are billing me months after I cancelled this service and settled my final bill. 1) I asked them not to place the plastic receptacles of poison in reach of my small dogs. They ignored it. And the dogs ate them (plastic and all) just like I told them they would. When I complained, they excused/justified it... 2) I asked for notification when service technician would be at the house so I could pen the dogs. Again, ignored. They feel free to come and go. 3) Perhaps my misunderstanding that I was paying a substantial amount upfront for service, this is a monthly charge of several hundred dollars on top of the large sum to start service...
