Went to get 2 damaged tires replaced from hitting a pot hole. I find out after they put the tires on that they're the wrong ones. And the only option they give me is pay for them or they where going to put the damaged ones back on. Which i did not feel safe driving on. So I was forced to pay for them and 2 more tires so I could have all 4 matching. They are improper tires and the car now drives very poorly. Sadly I had to do it because it's my only car. Asked an Employee for sockets for an impact wrench. He laughed and said there was no such thing as an impact wrench, upon which I produced the Napa ad I had with me. He grudgingly helped me find the parts I was looking for. After I refused to read and sign a form when their check reader couldn't read my check, he asked me to leave thei store. I have spent hundreds of dollars in that particular store over the last year and can't believe I was treated that way today. I won't be anymore.
