Boy, wish I'd found this website first. John Watson totally pushy sales pitch. Made it sound like they are experts--ha ha. I planned on getting more than one estimate so guess he figured he'd have to rip me off for coming out. Came when he was out this way, spent maybe 5 minutes at the most, promised to give a written estimate for my insurance company and diagnose probelms for $75. Said to replace timer/controller would be $475 and price would go up from there depending on what he finds after that. Had a REPUTABLE sprinkler man come out and for $75 he replaced the timer and fixed a couple of problems. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! ...read more

This company, and especially John is totally unreliable. We paid them a service fee to come out and fix a broken sprinkler head/line. They fixed a valve and said it was done. Ever since the whole thing is still leaking and whenever they come out, they say nothing is wrong. This last time, (now mind you this was after 4-6 weeks of begging them to come out) they found the head was loose and re-glued it and said it was fixed. Although they fixed it for free, it was still broken the next day. When I called to get them to come fix , he put me off 3 times saying would come out the next day; of course they never showed. Finally today, he told me that if I did not like it, to hire someone else, so I am. DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR SYSTEM!!!! ...read more
