This company used to be really great. When Pat Heaterington was alive the place was professional. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Now, when you call to address a business matter or concern, you're met with uncalled for attitude by a very rude man, and good luck trying to get in contact with Bonnie Myers. You ask to be sent to her voicemail and it's ALWAYS full. Bottom line, this company has gone to the dogs. Customer service is no where to be found. ...read more

Everything was great until I moved. I left house in good shape and cleaned for 3 days. I had no time to re sod dead spot in back yard and repaint bedroom white. I was charged $600 for resodding and $545 for painting one room. I got no deposit back and they said I owe them $400 more dollars! Going to Small Claims Court ASAP!:( ...read more

I have rented a property from A & E for over two years, my father has rented for over 4 years. We could not be happier. Neither of us has had a problem with maintenance issues, etc. But I am sure that if such a problem did arise, it would be taken care of immediately.
