I was a loyal customer to this store, I havent been by there since february because I buy in bulk. The customer service was great, the employees even remembered my name. Prices never changed. Well look out, Now everything has changed! The staff is terrible, the prices have gone up and my cartridge STILL doesnt work! Whatever happened to the 100 percent guarantee??
