I've NEVER experienced a company like this! I was never late on my rent and the still want to charge me for a clean home once I move out. They say they want the house move in ready for the next tenant although when I called about housing problems I could never get through, I had water problems which once finally repaired I wasn't offered an adjustment I was told I have to get two years of water bills even though I only rented for a year.I was told I can't clean the carpet they have to do this and it would be no less than $100. TLC DO NOT want to give you your security deposit back at all. TLC will charge you for regular wear and tear and anything else they can find. When I state to this and used company I was pressed to move into a home so yes I did sign there agreement. Just wanted you to see some of there ridiculous fees. $40 replace missing smoke detector, $15 missing smoke detector battery, $5 replace light bulb per bulb, $28 replace blind per, $100+ carpet cleaning completed by TLC at end of Lease(tenant not allowed to use other carpet cleaning company), $75 garage floor pressure cleaning (which had debris on it and I cleaned), $55 per hour for misc. damage in home/garage. We were probably one of A & B Landscaping's first clients. We have them cut grass, mow our leaves, do some trimming, cut down whole trees, and finish general landscaping. I have recommended A & B Landscaping for a couple of different reasons. First of all, I like their prices. Secondly, they let me know what's going on. We have a scheduled time, and the guy gets here at that time. Should the weather affect something, the office will let me know immediately. Their communication is really good. ...read more
