Jeanette Shurley seems to be the raspy voice of this company. Mr. Shurley went out to a rental property that I have and performed a minor service call to the tune of $135. This is nearly double what I have paid other electricians. Jeanette agreed to bill me for the service. My mail for this property goes to an address other than where I live. Most unfortunately I underwent major surgery and was not able to pick up the mail. I admit this sort of slipped my mind in the midst of the medical issues that I was dealing with. At week five, Jeanette left a message threatening to place a lien on the home. I called and explained the situation to her and made the payment the same day via online banking. That was Monday and today is Friday. Apparently, USPS is running slow and she has not gotten the payment.
