Pyramid Painters

1.0

By BaileyS

I hired Pyramid Painters to paint my home needless to say the job started off great until it came time to complete the final touches to finish the job. The owner of the company Ishmai Kareem Hasan was in the middle of finishing up the painting on my home and left in the middle of completing the job. He and his workers never covered the floors or anything like they said they would nor taped off any places that were not supposed to be painted. Trash was left outside of my home as well as pizza boxes and other trash left inside, paint on windows, clothes, sheets and toys had paint drippings on them, air vents half way painted (I never even asked them to be painted). When I asked him to fix the things not done correct or damaged he said ok started working on the problems and 5 minutes latter he left didn't say anything just walked off the job left my door locked and garage door open. left paint dripping from the walls, paint on the windows, paint on door fixtures, paint every where except the right places. He left in so much of a rush he even left some of his tools. I contacted him several times via phone text and voicemail, no response and I eventually found out he blocked my number. I called from a different number and WOW he answered he agreed to refund me for the portion of the work he never started and said he left me some paint in the garage for me to finish the job myself. He finally sent me a refund for $60 for the work that he never started which was the only upstanding thing he did. Since he blocked my number I'm not sure how he can claim I get a 30 day warranty which is in writing. I posted my review on the Facebook group where I found him, he responded by first saying that he never did any work on my home and once I started posting proof in the form of my receipt and text messages the began to threaten to sue me for the bad review hate bashing me making disrespectful remarks about my child and the way I live. The owner also started posting pictures of my home (pictures I never authorized him to take), posting pictures of my air filter calling my home filthy. I didn't know I hired him to be disrespectful to my my home and my child and take unauthorized pictures of the inside of my home, I hired him to do a paint job which he did not even complete and blocked my number so that I could not hold him up on his promise of a 30 day warranty. ...read more
