I hired Gene to install a tankless water heater in my condo. Despite making an initial visit, working with my plumber, inspecting the condo and electrical panel he made some key mistakes that costed me a lot of money. In addition, he made me buy some tools on my credit card and agreed to return them to home depot after the job but lied and came up with stories without returning the tools.
